Oshikuku municipality allocates Shack Dweller Federation houses

Public Relation Officer of the Oshikuku municipality John Siloiso says the town council is committed to providing land for residential and other purposes.

On the 18th of April 2024, the town council handed over 23 residential erven to members of the Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia (SDFN) in Extension 9.

As of 17 April 2025, 18 houses were under construction and almost completed.

This is the third batch of mass allocated plots to the SDFN.
