Namibia Institute of Pathology invests in specialist training

The Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) has supported more than 200 students through internships and graduate programmes since 2021, investing over N$3 million in their development.

NIP has also partnered with the University of Namibia (UNAM), Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), and the MTC National Internship Programme to strengthen specialist training in the country.

NIP Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, Niita Evaristus, said these initiatives aim to build a skilled workforce in pathology and related health fields.
