Local Chef does Formula 1

Myself and G were lucky enough to be invited to Zest Restaurant last year, and WOW! Delicious! 

While we’ve been enjoying what Zest has to offer, the brain/tastebuds behind Zest (as well as MANY other restaurants) Namibian born Chef/culinary genius Heinrich Stasiuk, has been making BIG moves!
