The Roads Authority expressed gratitude to the public, particularly the affected communities and road users, for their patience and cooperation during the construction period. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously as they adjust to the new road layout and to observe all traffic signs and speed limits.
The bypass was constructed under the supervision of the Roads Authority, with engineering consultancy provided by Lithon Namibia and construction carried out by China Railway Seventh Group.
