Windhoek High Court Hears 144 Divorce Cases Yesterday

Around 144 divorce matters were placed on the Windhoek High Court’s roll and heard yesterday. Social commentator Ngamane Karuaihe-Upi told NewsOnOne’s Willem Snyman that the high number reflects inadequate pre-marital counselling, despite the Dissolution of Marriages Act of 2024 not yet being enacted. Willem Snyman has the key points of the Act.
