Alicia Dobson - Blank Lunch w/ Yanika
I think it’s safe to say, when we think of serial killers, Jack the Ripper comes to mind more often than not… (What a light conversation to have!!!)
One of the biggest discussions had around Jack the Ripper:
Russell Edwards, a historian and forensic researcher, says he has 100% found the true identity of Jack the Ripper, and it comes down to a DNA match!
According to Edwards, the DNA match was acquired by using genetic material from a shawl found at the scene of Catherine Eddowes’ 1888 murder.

According to Edwards, Jack the Ripper has been identified as Aaron Kosminski, a Polish barber! Considering Kominski was already a suspect, it all seems to have properly come together!
So HOW do you determine that is was the Kominski’s DNA found on the shawl at the scene of Catherine Eddowes murder?
Here’s how:
A DNA sample was provided by Kosminski’s great-great-grandniece, and through that they could make, and confirm the link!
Now, legal teams are advocating for a formal inquest to officially name Kosminski as the killer in court.
If it goes through, it could bring an end to a case that has gone unsolved for 136 years.
So what does the face of a killer look like?
Whoops, nope… that’s the skin of a killer! Twilight fans where you at?
Instead, here is a likeness of Kosminski placed in the Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum:
