Elton John has become quite known for his Oscar’s After Party!
A-List guests, food, drink… and of course, since it’s Elton John: MUSIC!
Chappell Roan was booked to perform at Elton’s Oscar Party but this was not some quick decision now that she is a Grammy Winner! Apparently Elton has been following Chappel’s career for some time since before her debut album, “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess,” which was released in 2023.
He’s been following her career, attending her shows, and taking her under his wing in a way!
So when one of HIS favourite artists was performing at HIS party, Elton of course had to take the stage with her!
Elton is an old man, so he was seated during parts of the performance, but that chorus is enough to get anyone on their feet!
