Dr Ngurare urges NANSO to develop business plan for national benefit

Dr Elijah Ngurare has called on the Namibia National Students Organisation (NANSO) to be politically empowered and create a business plan that complements government support to all 14 regions.

Ngurare made these remarks at the official opening ceremony of the NANSO General Student Council (GSC) meeting held in Windhoek on Saturday.
