Choosing Beyonce over your kid

Raise your hand if you were a fresh out of school or uni, you got that first job, and then you got that first paycheck, and no matter how small it was, you were NOT the most financially responsible with it… 

It’s fine…  

We all did it, we all bounced back!  

But you reach a point where you hopefully gain some semblance of  “financial responsibility!” 

I’m not saying you need to have stocks and bonds and you have to retire at 26! But when the bills come knocking, make sure they’re paid instead of hitting the town for a night out! 

Don’t be like this:

A mother decided the money that she and her husband had been saving, would be better used to go have a jol, than what it was intended for! 

I wish the money saved was for something as simple as a new jacuzzi, or a trip to Grunau! But instead, they were saving money to help fund thier son’s heart surgery!

So, instead of using it for the surgery, the mom pulled the ultimate selfish move!

Of ALL the things she could’ve used the money for, SHE DECIDED TO SPEND IT ON A BEYONCE CONCERT!!!  

Really!? At least make it a worthwhile concert!!! 

I’m kidding ( not about the worthwhile concert) about spending it on ANY sort of concert! 

When the dad found out it was over! Trust was destroyed at the highest level, the mother put herself and Beyonce over her son’s health to the point where the damages were SO much more than financial… So the dad said “To the left, to the left! And divorced the mom! Bye, Felicia! 

Again, no one is saying you shouldn’t have a good time in life, but financial responsibility, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR KID’S LIFE IS ON THE LINE, should maybe take priority every now and then!
