City of Windhoek warns residents about payment scam

The City of Windhoek has issued a scam alert, warning residents to be cautious of fraudsters impersonating municipal officials. Government launches electrification project in Hardap and ǁKharas regions

The Ministry of Industries, Mines, and Energy has signed a service level agreement with the Southern Regional Electricity Distributor (SORED) to bring electricity to peri-urban households in the Hardap and ǁKharas regions. Minister Modestus Amutse said the government has allocated N$12 million to electrify 969 homes, with plans to increase funding to N$20 million in the near future. 19 Cuban Doctors Join local Hospitals
