Over 500 homeless people continue to live at the Katutura Youth Complex despite Deputy Minister Dino Ballotti’s pledge three months ago to relocate them, Selma Taapopi for NewsOnOne reports. The plan, agreed upon in April with the /Khomas regional governor and City officials, sought to restore Windhoek’s stadiums to their intended use. However, no action has been taken, and the facilities’ condition continues to worsen.
