Alexforbes Namibia has announced leadership changes across its group of companies to strengthen its operational efficiency and its position as a leading investment destination. The information was disclosed in a media release dated 9 May 2025.
According to the statement, the new appointments, which took effect on 1 April 2025, are part of an organisational restructure designed to deliver better outcomes for clients. These changes include the appointment of new managing directors for two of the group’s four entities, subject to regulatory approval.
Joleen Mans has been appointed as the Managing Director of Alexforbes Financial Services Namibia. Mans, who has been with Alexforbes Namibia for 26 years, previously served as Head of the Consulting and Actuaries division. Meanwhile, Saima Pokolo has taken on the role of Managing Director at Alexforbes Multi-Manager Namibia. Before this appointment, Pokolo oversaw the legal, risk, compliance, governance, and financial crime control functions for the Alexforbes Namibia Group.

Frederick Muller will continue as Managing Director of Alexforbes Investments Namibia, while Stéfan du Preez will exclusively focus on his role as Managing Director of Alexforbes Namibia Holdings, where he will be responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the group.
The media release stated that these leadership changes are intended to enhance collaboration across the group, promote innovation, and support talent development and succession planning. The new structure is also expected to ensure high-quality solutions for clients.
Commenting on the changes, Stéfan du Preez said, ‘I am excited about what our leaders bring to the table, and we are confident that these leadership changes will further strengthen our business and position us for continued growth and success in the years to come.’
