From Johannesburg (JNB): Flight 4Z141 departs at 10:20; Flight 4Z143 departs at 14:05. From Walvis Bay (WVB): Flight 4Z142 departs at 13:40; Flight 4Z144 departs at 17:25.
Operating twice daily, this expansion strengthens connectivity between Namibia’s west coast and one of Africa’s largest aviation and commercial hubs. The route is expected to bolster tourism, trade, logistics, and port-related business.
“This new Airlink service enhances travel options to Walvis Bay and Swakopmund, cementing Walvis Bay’s position as a key regional hub for trade, investment, and tourism,” said Bisey /Uirab, CEO of Namibia Airports Company and spokesperson for Air Connect Namibia.
Located in the Erongo region, Walvis Bay International Airport serves as a major gateway to notable destinations like the Namib Desert, Swakopmund, and Namib‑Naukluft National Park. The area is also vital to logistics, port operations, and the energy sectors.
