Rising Costs and Regulations Threaten Jobs, Says Namibian Employers’ Federation

The Namibian Employers’ Federation is urging realistic and affordable labour and economic policies in 2026, saying rising business costs and regulatory pressure are threatening jobs. Federation president Elia Shikongo stresses that slow economic growth and high unemployment require policies that support business sustainability to protect employment.
