New Rihanna Release?

Now, for us Rihanna fans, we’ve been waiting quite a while to hear anything related to her new album for a very long time. The last time she released any music was for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s soundtrack with Lift Me Up back in 2022. On her own though, the last album we got from her was back in 2016 with ANTI (which I LOVE btw). 

She has been hinting at a new album to come, with some conversations on the name (something like R3) and just her saying how close the new album is to coming out. We’ve waiting like 3 years by now… And the first thing to come out? Another soundtrack song, though theres nothing wrong with that but I was excited to hear her music the next time I saw a release of hers.

I will say though, this song sounds fun and the music video even more so. So for the Smurfs Movie Soundtrack, she released Friend Like Mine on 16 May 2025 and it’s just a vibe. Don’t believe me? Check it out below:
