Ohlthaver & List Group achieves “Great Place to Work” certification for 2025/26

The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group has officially earned its certification as a Great Place to Work for 2025/26, a remarkable achievement that highlights the company’s core values of authenticity, care, and passion. The certification follows the completion of the annual Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey earlier this year, which saw an extraordinary 99% participation rate across the Group.

O&L’s Trust Index score has reached an impressive 70%, marking an 8% increase from the previous year and the highest score the Group has achieved since it began participating in the GPTW survey in 2017.

Executive Chairperson and CEO of the Ohlthaver & List Group, Sven Thieme, expressed his excitement, stating, “We are absolutely over the moon. This certification is part of a global assessment conducted from London, and it means so much to us. Achieving an overall certification with a score of 70% is a tremendous milestone.”

Thieme also highlighted that several of the Group’s companies recorded scores between 80% and 90%, placing them among the top-performing companies globally. The Group has set its sights on achieving even higher scores in the future, with a target of joining the top global ranks by 2029.

“This recognition confirms the dedication and commitment of our people, and we are truly excited about the direction we’re headed,” Thieme concluded.
