Jack Black/Minecraft Billboard Hot 100

I went to watch Minecraft the other day. My nephew asked my GF and I would we like to join and we said sure why not! Jack Black, Jason Mamoa, Video Game stuff, sounds like a jol! 

I’m sure by now we’ve all seen the Chicken Jockey trend where people absolutely lose their minds and trash cinemas? 

So, when I walked into the cinema, I announced I would be fighting ANYONE who so much as threw a single popcorn kernel. Also, 

So yay, we avoided that… BUT something I was NOT prepared for, was the “Chicken Lava” song. It’s a 34 second song of Jack Black being Jack Black, singing what seems like an improv thing about chicken cooked by lava. Here’s the audio from the movie, goes like this: 

What I was NOT prepared for, was all these kids in the cinema singing along… every kid in the cinema belted the lyrics out, word for word, perfectly! 

Seems the 34 second song, was not as throwaway as I thought it would be…  

The song has now entered the Billboard Hot 100 at Number 78!  

Officially, at 34 seconds, it is the shortest song to ever enter the Billboard Hot 100… and to add insult to injury, it’s so much better than so many of the other songs on the charts! 

AND IT IS CATCHY!!!
