Winter Knights Blanket Drive

Radiowave have some great news to share this Monday!

In conjunction with The Round Table Winter Knights campaign, we were able to distribute

475 blankets during the course of last week in the DRC, Swakopmund.

A big thank you to Anja Rohwer who has been amazing over the years with assisting us on Charity Drives and and to all of you who so generously contributed to these blankets when you donated at Intersections on Friday 3rd June.

Thank you!

Radiowave gets a tour at Namibia Breweries

The Radiowave team were treated to a Namibian Breweries tour on Wednesday the 27th of April. Ably guided by Supply Chain Manager Hans Hermann, we were astonished to see not only the degree of complexity of the plant and brewing process, but also the degree to which technology guides the whole process. After an interesting but thirst-inducing tour, we were treated to a beer tasting and a pairing of the various NBL brands with a variety of foods, presented by German beer sommelier Dorothea Wächtler. The food was great, as was the beer. We were hosted by NBL Managing Director Wessie van der Westhuizen and members of his management team, and we all ended the evening thoroughly impressed not only by the various brands of NBL, but also the management of the company and the exciting developments in the pipeline. Thanks to Wessie and the entire team that hosted us...we all had a great time and we are proud of a great Namibian company!
