Janet Jackson Announces 'Unbreakable' World Tour

Six-time Grammy Award winner and multi-platinum selling artist Janet Jackson will kick off a 32-city tour on Aug. 31 in Vancouver, Live Nation announced Monday.

Jackson's new album — her first in seven years — will be released this fall. Her last studio album was 2008's "Discipline." Jackson's catalog of hits dates back to the mid-1980s, ranging from "What Have You Done for Me Lately" to "That's the Way Love Goes" to "All for You."

The first U.S. tour date is on Sept. 11 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The "Rhythm Nation" singer also announced shows in Chicago, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Miami.

With 36 shows in the U.S. and Canada, tickets for the Unbreakable World Tour go on sale on June 22.

BBC releases trailer for final episode of Top Gear starring Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond

The trailer for Jeremy Clarkson’s final Top Gear episode has been released by the BBC, featuring the presenter clowning around in usual style with James May and Richard Hammond.

The episode has been put together from footage filmed before Clarkson was sacked for assaulting a producer.

Hammond and May are now out of contract with the BBC but returned for one day to record links for the final show.

Ariana Grande wants you to stop judging women based on who they're dating

Haters, take note: singer Ariana Grande is tired of living in a world where women are referred to as a man's "past, present or future" property.

That's what the pop star, who was born Ariana Grande-Butera, had to say Sunday morning in a tweet to 29 million followers calling on the media -- and society at large -- to value women for their accomplishments instead of who they're dating.

The statement, which starts with "being empowered is not the same as being a bitch" and closes with a Gloria Steinem quote, also drew attention to double standards men and women face in relationships and sex. It drew praise from scores of social media users, earning more 27,000 retweets in less than two hours.
