Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche get engaged thanks to Ed Sheeran

Jake Roche, from the band Rixton, proposed to Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson during her band Little Mix's soundcheck.

Ed Sheeran may have sung about being romantically betrayed by a fellow pop star on his song Don't, but he travelled for five hours to give a private performance for two other singers on Sunday.

Elemotho to play Cape Town Nu World Festival (17 July)

Namibian international musical star Elemotho is billed to perform Cape Town Nu World Festival on Mandela Day weekend. He will take the stage on 17 July along side Simphiwe Dana, Spoek Mathabo, Mookomba  and many others international artists.


The newly named Cape Town Nu World Festival taking place on the 17th and 18th July, 2015 is deeply proud to confirm that acclaimed Zimbabwean Afro-fusion band Mokoomba and Namibian rural boy turned modern lyricist Elemotho join South Africa’s very own Majozi on this year’s already impressive line-up.
